Chronius helps patients with chronic illnesses manage and track their health journeys.
Given the complexity of chronic illness tracking, our primary focus when creating the design system was to create a warm UI that balanced approachability with functionality.
The primary user interaction with Chronius is through the mobile app, so that’s where we got started.
We carried over the UI style from the mobile app to the web version.
We also developed a detailed patient profile, presenting an overview of various layers of health data with the ability to dig deeper into the data when desired.

The final product for Chronius is a printable PDF of a patient’s unique health story.
The last piece that we designed was perhaps the most important of all that we produced as it gives providers detailed insight into each patient’s chronic illness journey.
This saves time for both patients and providers by keeping all data and medical history in one organized and convenient package.
