Who I am
I’m originally from Steamboat Springs, CO, where my mom and dad introduced me to my first pair of skis well before I was able to walk. Though I moved to the NYC area nearly 10 years ago (can’t believe I’m saying that), I have strong roots in the mountains, and still deeply enjoy the outdoor life™.
My wife, who I met just two weeks after moving to Brooklyn, shares the same love for the outdoors that I do. We plan all of our vacations around biking and/or snowboarding and/or climbing and/or surfing; we have a hard time sitting still.
Outside of work, I am a group fitness instructor at Ironbound Perfomance Athletics and dabble in building wooden hand-made crafty things after briefly interning with Cornell Design.

I don't obsess overs specific design styles, and I'm versatile when it comes to handling a wide variety of design projects.
I specialize in digital brand and product design, with a particular interest in the healthcare and wellness sector. I have designed and led long-term projects from concept to final product for small brands, startups and large enterprises, and have experience managing creative teams.
I genuinely enjoy building narratives with my work, and I thrive in situations that demand cross-team collaboration to address complex challenges. Give me the desired outcome and I'll design a solution that will work.

What’s Next
I have an extremely varied work background, and I feel very fortunate for the experiences I’ve had. I love what I do, and feel that I’ve finally found that product design is the area of work I’d like to continue to pursue.
I'm actively seeking senior-level roles in product design and design management. With a background in Psychology and Neuroscience, I'm passionate about health-centered design and equally interested in contributing to early-stage startups, especially those looking to make a positive impact for their users or customers.
What truly attracts me to a great opportunity is an organization that values employees' interests beyond their work responsibilities.
